Simple Yoga for 2-weeks Post Baby

Happy Friday!

This question has come up so often with my doula clients, that I decided to answer it in a video blog:  "What can I safely do to begin to reconnect with my body during my 6 weeks recovery time?"  Enjoy this short simple exercise for mind body fuel. 🙂  Please let me know how you like it!  In early December, I am launching an all new monthly POSTNATAL AT OM BODYSHOP for mamas 6 weeks to 6 months postpartum.
